Parts & Accessories Department Jobs

Parts Sales/Parts Specialist

  • Greet and assist all walk-in guest inquiries with an attitude of great service while providing add-on suggestions.
  • Lightspeed functions: Build invoices, Cashier, Locate parts, Look Up parts and use as follow up tool.
  • Maintain Parts sales floor and specific assigned section (clean, price label, organized, older or overstocked inventory placed on sale & merchandised in an appealing manner).

Apparel Sales/Apparel Specialist

  • Greet and assist all guests with an attitude of service while suggesting additional products to ensure a great buying and riding experience.
  • Maintain Parts sales floor and specific assigned section (clean, price label, organized, older or overstocked inventory placed on sale & merchandised in an appealing manner).
  • Attain monthly minimum retail sales goal monthly by fully utilizing all available resources.

Warehouse Support

  • Accepts, stores and issues materials and other items from the warehouse and other storage facilities.
  • Verifies inventory, stores items in an orderly fashion way.
  • Marks stock items through the use of id tags (labels).

Cashier/Receptionist

  • Greet and assist all walk-in guests cashiering transactions with an attitude of great service while providing add-on suggestions and decreasing in line wait time.
  • Record all guests and transaction information in Lightspeed while following company security process to ensure accuracy including phone transactions.
  • Maintain cashier station and specific assigned section (clean, price label, organized, older or overstocked inventory placed on sale & merchandised in an appealing manner).

Sales Department Jobs

Sales/Closer Professional

  • Ability to log and follow up with customers in a computer-based system.
  • A strong sales background with phone and internet skills is preferred.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Be motivated to interact with people and follow a structured sales process.

Finance Manager

  • Management personnel require strong motivation and excellent verbal communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendor.
  • Required to maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction.
  • Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and cat tactically.
  • Knowledge of Service, GAP, Theft, Tire & Wheel... etc. Warranties & Up sell to customers.

Service Department Jobs

Multi-Line Tech/Watercraft Tech

  • Competent in diagnosing, servicing and repairing (Kawasaki, Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Honda and other models) watercraft.
  • Also, competent in diagnosing and repairing metric (Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda and also KTM, Ducati, Can-Am) motorcycles, ATV's and all PWC makes.
  • Required to have a full understanding of diagnosing failures, engine and carb rebuilds, test tank tuning, servicing, and model specific failures and issues.
  • Able to communicate in writing the repairs needed to complete specific jobs.
  • Ownership of a complete set of tools.
  • Must have 5+ Years of Motorcycle Industry & Metric Technical Mechanical Experience.

Service Advisor

  • Excel at selling labor and parts using a suggestive selling sales process.
  • Be motivated to interact with people and follow a structured sales process.
  • At least 5 years of experience: power sports - motorcycle - mechanic - service writer.
  • ADP Lightspeed experience.

Bike Detailer/Porter

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Cleaning and organizing of all service units out front keeping drive clear at all times.
  • Cleaning and organization of tire work area including cleaning of machines.
  • Motorcycle Knowledge is a plus.

Service Manager

  • Ensure a smooth and profitable operation of the Service Department. Ensure all proper communication and notes are updated hourly, daily, weekly, monthly as needed to provide all staff with the status of repair order at all times. Ensure complete control of all repair orders moving in and out of dispatch.
  • Monitor workload hourly and daily to ensure smooth and efficient movement of all work. Including waiting, green lane and Priority Maintenance with the time frame promised.
  • Ensure smooth dispatch to Technicians for the most efficient and profitable means.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Lead Technician for maximum productivity.
  • Ensure smooth communication with all service counter and PDI personal.
  • Must have 3+ years in the Motorcycle Industry & Metric Technical experience.
